There’s still time to join the Class of 2023 or transfer to The University of Olivet before the fall semester begins. To help you find your fit at OC, the expert admissions team is planning two special opportunities to help high school students learn about life as a Comet. Join the team for a Comet Day on campus Friday, June 14 or Monday, July 15.
At Comet Days students will:
- Dig deeper into majors and programs.
- Meet with professors, coaches, admissions representatives and the financial aid team.
- Learn about athletic opportunities, music ensembles, student life and more.
- Tour campus.
- Dine in the Kirk Center.
- Have fun!
Often, the feeling a student gets while on campus is the deciding factor in making their college selection. During Comet Days, you will get to see where you’ll study and live, including classrooms and a room in the residence hall you might live in. In addition, connecting with coaches, music ensemble directors and professors will introduce you to the OC family, and you’ll quickly realize the strong support system guaranteed when you become a Comet. Plus, there are many scholarships still available, ensuring you will be able to earn an affordable, unrivaled education.
“Our goal is to show students they are our top priority, and these special visits are geared toward connecting students with all of campus — an invaluable experience in the college search process,” said Jared Stratz, director of admissions. “It’s not too late to find your fit at The University of Olivet, and the admissions team is ready and willing to work with you to make your dreams a reality.”
If a Comet Day doesn’t work for you, students may also schedule personalized visit days. These are a great way for students to check out The University of Olivet for the first time and learn more about their college options.
