In the Center of the Action

Living on campus puts you right in the center of the action, where you’ll make memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. Did you know that the more engaged you are as a college student living on campus, the more likely you’ll graduate and achieve your goals?

As a residential college, full-time students are required to live on-campus and participate in a college meal plan.

Our freshmen have the opportunity to live in one of three campus residences: Blair, Dole and Shipherd halls. Each comes equipped with unique amenities and characteristics. Upper-level students also have the option of living in apartment-style and themed houses.

Dole Hall

Single, double, triple and quad rooms

Floors are separated by gender in Dole Hall. Rooms are furnished with beds, dressers, desks and chairs. In addition, there are community bathrooms that are cleaned daily by The University of Olivet housekeeping staff. The hall also features a TV room, a computer lab on the second floor and a laundry room on the lower level.

Gillette Student Village

Nine townhouses
Four single rooms per unit

Each unit has two full baths, a living room, a kitchen, and a basement with laundry facilities. In addition, each unit comes furnished with bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture.

Long Apartments

Apartment-style housing holds 24 students
Three students per apartment

There is one double and one single bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room in each unit. The apartments come furnished with bedroom, kitchen and living room furniture. There are two laundry rooms in the complex.
