Committed to Safety

Dedicated, compassionate and experienced officers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, comprise The University of Olivet Campus Safety team. The Campus Safety Office is conveniently located on the main floor of Burrage Library.

Cameras are located in strategic locations across campus and our safety officers regularly patrol our facilities. In addition, Campus Safety, the Eaton County Sheriff’s Department and the City of Olivet Police Department work closely together.

In the case of an emergency students should, call 911. The University of Olivet Campus Safety can be reached at 269-749-7911.

Emergency Alert System

The Emergency Alert System quickly notifies The University of Olivet students, faculty and staff of on-campus emergencies, such as weather alerts, closings and cancellations. Students sign up for this service when they arrive on campus in the fall. Parents are welcome to sign up for this free service as well.

Commitment to Title IX

The University of Olivet provides an educational environment free of all forms of sex discrimination, including but not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature or communications constituting sexual harassment.
