- Upon formal withdrawal from the university prior to the end of a semester, a student may be eligible for a tuition and fee adjustment. The adjustment will be based upon the date which Student Services is informed in writing of the withdrawal by the student. Students considering withdrawing from The University of Olivet must contact the Student Services office.
- According to Section 484B of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (as amended) students who withdraw or are withdrawn from all classes in a term may be required to return all or part of their Title IV aid received for that term. These policies apply only to students who completely terminate their enrollment or stop attending classes before completing more than 60 percent of the enrollment period (term). This policy does not apply to students who withdraw from individual courses unless all courses are eventually dropped. Please contact the Students Services office for more information.

These facilities may not be used in any manner prohibited by law or disallowed by licenses, contracts, or university regulations.

The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 states that the law “shall apply to elections as defined in section 301 (1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 and includes the election for Governor or other chief executive within such State.”
