Ryan Franklin graduated from The University of Olivet in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. As an admission counselor, Ryan relishes the opportunity to share UOlivet experiences and the value of earning a college degree with high school students.

“I want high school students to have the same great college experience I had. The University of Olivet makes you feel like you’re part of a family. You feel welcome, and you know they care about your academic success,” Ryan said.

Ryan is a certified personal trainer and assists with strength and conditioning training for the Comet men’s basketball team. He also serves as an assistant men’s basketball coach.

“When I was a student, I knew I needed to be on a campus where the connection was personal for me to develop the confidence to succeed. After my first visit, I knew The University of Olivet was the best choice. I want to help high school students grow in their confidence so that they can achieve their dreams of a college education,” Ryan said.

Ryan works with students in Eaton, Lenawee, Monroe, Washtenaw and Wayne counties. He believes his positive attitude, dynamic personality and strong faith serve as a light as he builds relationships and guides high school students through the admission process.
