As the Director of Academic Accommodations, I serve as a resource, mentor, and advocate for students with disabilities, disorders, and/or impairments. Each student I work with has unique needs, and I take great pride in providing these students with the tools and resources they need to succeed and thrive at Olivet and beyond. Also, I am passionate about teaching and appreciate the ability to teach courses and develop curriculum prioritizing universal design for learning best practices,” said Shepherd.
