Haley Diringer began her duties as athletic director at The University of Olivet in 2021. Prior to being named athletic director, she served as the associate athletic director since 2019. During her at time at Olivet, Diringer implemented a student-athlete academic success program to include academic success meetings, study tables and recurring student-athlete check-ins. Diringer also established the Comet Fuel Station to ensure student-athletes have healthy snacks to help keep them focused in the classroom and on the playing field.
Prior to joining Olivet’s staff, Diringer served as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Iowa State University for 19 months.
Diringer attended the University of Akron from 2012-18. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management, master’s degree in business administration and a Juris Doctorate. While at Akron, Diringer worked in the athletic department, working the facilities department, serving as a student manager for the football team and assisting in the compliance office.
Diringer and her husband, Keith, have two furry children Luna and Clyde.
