Emily Lash joined The University of Olivet as a development officer in 2020, after nearly 12 years in marketing communications, advertising, and sales. She is now the Director of Alumni Engagement & Advancement. A proud, born-and-raised Olivetian, she is passionate about her hometown and community.

In addition to working closely with alumni, Emily advises Christian Comets Connect (C3), a student-led organization that fosters fellowship and Biblical learning for students seeking to grow in their faith on campus.

Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Central Michigan University in 2008 and her MBA from UOlivet in 2023. She values the personal connections she’s built with alumni and students and finds deep purpose in supporting students and advancing the University’s mission.

An avid sports fan, Emily enjoys football, basketball, softball, golf, and running. She and her husband, Ryan, live in Olivet with their son and a 13-year-old beagle.
