Deb Paquette is the director of student support and accommodations at The University of Olivet, where she provides leadership and oversight in the development, coordination and monitoring of programming related to our students’ academic support and needs. Deb coordinates academic accommodations for eligible students and serves as a secondary advisor for students with disabilities, disorders and/or impairments. She meets with students continuously to ensure accommodations provide the support needed to succeed academically. Deb coordinates the Peer Tutoring Program and provides direction for developing new programs related to student support and academic accommodations.

Deb is a 1988 graduate of UOlivet, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in education. She worked as a K-12 elementary teacher, elementary principal, and superintendent for 33 years and was a director of special education services for 23 years.
