Daniel Hayes ’21 serves as the Assistant Dean of Residence Life. He works with Student Life and student Engagement app. He also serves on Staff Senate.

In this role, he provides leadership in the development and management of residential life programs that foster student engagement, personal growth, and community development. As an extension of Student Life, Hayes manages the university’s student engagement app and housing software, supporting campus-wide communication and involvement initiatives. He also serves as an active member of the Staff Senate.

A dedicated alumnus, Hayes earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology and sports psychology from The University of Olivet. As a non-traditional student, he was actively involved in campus operations and student life, contributing as a student worker across multiple departments, including the grounds crew and intramural sports.
