Dr. Brad Gronke brings more than 25 years of experience in insurance, workers’ compensation, leadership, education and public service to his role as associate professor and director of Insurance and Risk Management at The University of Olivet. His career has spanned claims leadership, consulting, law enforcement, emergency medical services and higher education, giving him a uniquely practical perspective on risk, leadership and the human side of insurance. An author, speaker and industry educator, Dr. Gronke is passionate about preparing the next generation of insurance professionals to lead with compassion, advocacy and purpose.

Outside the classroom, Dr. Gronke believes life should include a few adventures. He rides motorcycles and horses and has even jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. His own experiences with major change and personal perseverance have taught him the importance of persistence, growth and never assuming that where you are today is where you have to stay.
