Whether you’re seeking to elevate your career or have already secured a leadership position and need to acquire advanced management skills, The University of Olivet’s new online Master of Arts in Leadership program provides an inspiring path to help you achieve your goals.

The online Master of Arts in Leadership program frames leadership learning as a social justice process and socially just goal, highlighting The University of Olivet’s mission of education for individual and social responsibility, while preparing graduates to be effective leaders in their organizations or communities. Designed to appeal to career-focused students who must balance school with full adult lives, the program will equip students to be daring, bold and forward-thinking leaders.

Exceptional, well-prepared students at The University of Olivet are encouraged to apply for early admission to our Accelerated Master of Arts in Leadership program. Students undertaking the combined degree program option complete graduate-level coursework as undergraduate students, enabling courses to be applied toward both degree programs.
