The University of Olivet will present “A Little Bit of Everything” by the Eaton Art League on Jan. 16 – Feb. 13 with an artist’s reception on Jan. 25, 7-8:30 p.m. The exhibition and reception will be held at the Kresge Foundation Art Gallery inside the Riethmiller Blackman Art Building. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
The Eaton Art League is a local group, mainly comprised of senior citizens, who enjoy art in various forms. The group contains artists of all skill levels, and members work in a wide variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor and alcohol ink.
The exhibition will feature work by Rosemary Allen of Eaton Rapids, Mary Jean Baker of Charlotte, Michael Brooks of Eaton Rapids, Carol Callahan of Charlotte, David Carrigan of Charlotte, Norma Cole of Eaton Rapids, Jill Marie Cortright of Springport, Darlene Crafton of Eaton Rapids, Judy DeBolt of Gladwin, Ann Feihner of Eaton Rapids, Lynda LaClair of Charlotte, Pedro Mondejar of Charlotte, Jean Nelson of Eaton Rapids, and Cheryl Platt of Eaton Rapids.
