The University of Olivet to host “Rejoice!” Holiday Choral Concert

The University of Olivet Choir, with guest choirs from the First Congregational UCC of Charlotte and St. Mary Cathedral of Lansing, will present its annual holiday choral concert Sunday, Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. in the Olivet Congregational Church (125 College St., Olivet). The event is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of Timothy Flynn, Ph.D., professor of music and Performing Arts Department chair, the choirs will perform selections from G.F. Handel’s “Messiah.” They will be accompanied by professional strings and Ramona Kime, Ph.D., associate professor of music, harpsichord.

Alumni guests will also perform.
