The University of Olivet has partnered with Collegiate Credit Union to expand student access to financial education and digital banking tools built for its student body.

Collegiate partners with academic institutions like The University of Olivet to empower students to confidently create and nurture their personal goals with digital checking and savings options customized for their unique stage of life and what lies ahead.

“We are thrilled to be first to partner with Collegiate Credit Union and set up our The University of Olivet students to have a solid financial foundation,” said Amy Radford-Popp, Ph.D., director of career readiness and leadership development at The University of Olivet. “Collegiate’s integrated financial education — personalized saving and spending data and on-campus programs — empower students to confidently create their own financial future.”

Collegiate will offer The University of Olivet students:

  • Free financial literacy and wellness resources on campus and virtually.
  • Professional networking opportunities with financial education professionals.
  • Digital checking and savings accounts without membership or overdraft fees.
  • Goal-setting and – tracking resources made by certified financial educators.
  • Data on individual spending and saving habits, alongside personalized guidance.
  • Convenient access to an on-campus ATM.


“Financial literacy remains a critical indicator of future success,” said Collegiate Credit Union President and CEO April Clobes. “Through this partnership, The University of Olivet will provide an integrated experience that empowers students to create a solid financial foundation for their future.”
