Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,
Did you know “contact tracing” is key to keeping communities healthy? It’s also key to keeping the The University of Olivet campus open for the residential college experience you desire and deserve during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Check out this informative video that explains more about contact tracing.
Contact tracing is a confidential way the health department is able to track and notify people who may have been exposed to COVID-19. If you get a call from the health department, it’s important that you speak with them.
When social distancing is not taken seriously and masks are not worn, COVID-19 will spread. Contact tracing is a necessary and established tool used in the medical community to help stop the spread.

We all want to hang out with Clyde and Hailey and the many amazing friends we have at OC and back home. However, if we want to live and learn on campus, we must continue to keep our social bubble small, practice social distancing and wear a mask. And, if you get a call from the health department? Take the call. Be responsible.
