The insurance, risk management and financial planning program of The University of Olivet proudly welcomes special guest speaker Bob Oros, executive vice president and head of the registered investment advisors (RIA) segment at Fidelity Investments, to campus Wednesday, Sept. 21.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Oros will speak with investment advisors and executives from the mid-Michigan region in the Klock Commons room of Dole Hall. Immediately following, Oros will speak to Olivet students studying business and insurance. Students from other programs are also welcome to attend the speaking event, which will be from 1-3 p.m. in Mott Academic Center Auditorium. Oros will also lead an opportunity to network with students who are the future of the industry.

At Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions, a unit of Fidelity Investments, Oros specializes in independent advisors as head of the RIA segment. His team provides a comprehensive custody platform, brokerage services, trading capabilities and practice management and consulting services to nearly 3,000 registered investment advisers, including strategic acquirers and professional asset managers, as well as retirement record-keepers across eight territories throughout the U.S.
