Music Days – Honor Band

The University of Olivet welcomes high school students and their families to campus for our various Music Day programs to dive deeper into life at UOlivet.

This event gives you an opportunity to engage with music at the collegiate level by practicing and performing with our wind ensemble. This full-day event is open to students in grades 9-12 and includes:

• Rehearsals and sectionals with music faculty.
• Lunch and dinner on us.
• Open rehearsal viewing for parents and directors.
• Concert at 7 p.m. (Bring your concert attire!)

UOlivet offers a major and minor in music and welcomes non-majors in all of our ensembles. All Honor Band participants are considered for a renewable music scholarship of $2,000.
