Friday, October 2
Distinguished Alumni Award & Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner & Celebration
Cutler Student Center

Join President Steven M. Corey, Ph.D., members of the Alumni Council, honorees and their families, and special guests to celebrate the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Award and Athletic Hall of Fame recipients. President’s Circle members will also be recognized during this event.

• 5 p.m. – 6 p.m., Happy Hour (cash bar with beer & wine)
• 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., Dinner & Celebration

Saturday, October 3

• 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Red & White Tailgating, Tailgating Field
  • Show your school spirit and Comet pride at the tailgate field across from Cutler Event Center.
• 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Alumni Welcome Tent, Cutler Athletic Complex
  • Stop by the Welcome tent for your Olivet swag!
  • Face painting available with the Art Alliance
  • Photo opportunity with Clyde & Haley at 1:30 p.m.
• 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Spirit Store Hours at Cutler Student Center
  • Alumni discounts (15%) are available!
• 10 – 11 a.m., All-Alumni Continental Breakfast, Cutler Student Center
  • Members of the Class of 1976 and the Class of 2001 will be recognized in honor of their 50^th and 25^th class anniversaries and will receive a commemorative gift (while supplies last).
  • Ticketed event. Registration is required in advance for all attendees.
• 10 – 11:30 a.m., Sidewalk Chalk Design Challenge, Hosford House
  • Free to participate.
  • Open to all students, alumni, and community members. Judging begins at 11:30 a.m.
• 11:15 a.m., Parade
  • Join in the fun as we follow the football team, cheer team, Clyde & Haley, and the Marching Comets from the Square to Cutler Field.
• 12:30 p.m., Food & Beverage Competition, Tailgate Field
  • Photo opportunity with Clyde & Haley at 12:30 p.m.
  • Free to participate, but advanced registration is required for anyone entering a food or beverage in the competition. Participation is limited to the first 5 registered entries in each category: Best Appetizer, Best Dessert, and Best Drink.
• 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. Comets Creature Feature, Mott 103
  • Join Dr. Maria Davis and Dr. Leah Knapp for a hands-on learning experience with the science department’s outreach animals, including JoJo the giant tortoise, Nandi the python, and the ever-popular hissing cockroaches!
• 12 p.m. – 6 p.m., Burrage Library Hours
• 1 p.m., Pyne Spirit Store opens
  • Alumni discounts (15%) are available!
• 2 p.m., Football Game vs Hope College
  • Distinguished Alumni & Athletic Hall of Fame honorees will be recognized during pregame. Then, cheer on your Comets as they take on the Flying Dutch in the Homecoming main event!
  • Tickets to the game must be purchased in advance, olivetcomets.com/tickets
• 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Artists Reception featuring Andrea Lozano ’82, Riethmiller Building
• 7 – 8 p.m., Yard Show, Upton Gymnasium. Hosted by BSU and ISC.
• 8 – 11 p.m., Homecoming Concert & Showcase with Food Trucks, Cutler Student Center Patio. Hosted by HASSA & the Comets Activity Board.
