Contemporary Printmakers of the Great Lakes Region

The University of Olivet presents the art exhibition “Contemporary Printmakers of the Great Lakes Region” from March 7 to April 12, 2024. An artist’s reception will take place on Friday, April 12, from 5-7 p.m. The exhibition and reception will be held at the Kresge Foundation Art Gallery inside the Riethmiller Blackman Art Building. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.

The exhibit will feature five different artists from the Great Lakes Region: Don Kilpatrick, Mike Pennekamp, Jeremy Plunkett, Ramiro Rodriguez, and Matthew Presutti.

Each artist will showcase artwork created through the medium of printmaking. Printmaking is the method of creating art by transferring images on a prepared surface onto paper or another material.
