Friday, June 20

Service Project at Riley’s Candles

Location: Riley’s Candles, 476 US-31, Traverse City, MI 49685

Cost: Free

Get hands-on with fellow alumni in a rewarding service project at Riley’s Candles, a unique local business owned by Josh Hart ’08. Riley’s Candles sells candles to raise money for families whose dogs need a life-saving surgery they otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford.

*Service Project Volunteers will receive one bonus drink ticket for one weekend event

5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Cocktail Reception at Left Foot Charley’s Barrel Room

Location: The Barrel Room at Left Foot Charley, 1400 Yellow Dr, Traverse City, MI 49684

Cost: $20 for cocktail reception only; save if you book multiple events

Join fellow UOlivet alumni for an evening of great drinks and conversation at Left Foot Charley in Traverse City. Enjoy a private gathering in the Barrel Room with a selection of wines, hard ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages, along with a delicious spread of light bites.

9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Magic Shuttle Bus Wine Tour

Cost: $20 for wine tour only; save if you book multiple events

Hop aboard the Magic Shuttle Bus and visit some of the area’s best wineries, including Chateau Grand Traverse, Bowers Harbor Vineyards and Hawthorne Vineyards. Your RSVP includes shuttle transportation, drinks, and snacks on the bus. Purchases at each stop are up to you.

The shuttle bus will leave from and return to Brengman Family Wines, 9720 S Center Hwy, Traverse City, MI 49684. Lunch following the Magic Shuttle Bus Wine Tour is a separate ticketed event (see below for details).

*Please note, the bus for the tour does not have a ramp and requires guests to navigate steps to board and disembark. It may not be accessible for those with mobility challenges and cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Lunch at Brengman Family Wines

Our wine tour will wrap up with a light lunch at Brengman Family Wines, complete with a curated meal and a half glass of wine in a beautiful vineyard setting. Guests not on the shuttle bus tour are welcome to meet us there!

Farewell Gathering at The Cottage Café

Location: The Cottage Café, 472 Munson Ave, Traverse City, MI 49686

Cost: Food and drinks are available for individual purchase.

Close out the weekend with a casual farewell gathering at The Cottage Café. Stop by to share final laughs and goodbyes before heading home—food and drinks available for purchase individually.
