Mekenzie Lamb

Mekenzie Lamb ’22 serves as an admissions representative for The University of Olivet. Mekenzie graduated from OC in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and a minor in business. Even before attending OC, Mekenzie already had a special connection with the college. Her father attended OC and later got married to Mekenzie’s mother in Dole Hall. Mekenzie said, “My brother graduated from here, then I did, and now my sister is here as well so I guess you could say it’s a family thing.”

“I am excited to work with students to make this feel like their second home just as I felt when I stepped onto campus. I love the community feeling and how everyone is so welcoming,” she said. “The professors want to see the students grow and learn and I really like that feeling of knowing you are not just a number in the classroom. I am thrilled to help students during this exciting time of finding their new home and help make the big decision of where they will be for the next four years.”

Mekenzie works with students in northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. Mekenzie’s energetic, engaging, go-getting attitude will aid her in building relationships with future students.
